1. Residential Houses

1.1 Average sized home[3 bedroom, 2 baths, kitchen, living space & garage (150sqm -299sqm)] starts from R1150 - R1699 (additional features will increase the price up to maximum.)

1.2. Modern style family home[4 bedrooms,2+ baths, 2 living spaces, 2 garages, double story home(300sqm -399sqm)] starts from R1700 - R2100(additional features will increase the price up to maximum)

1.3. Large Modern home [Multiple stories,5+bedrooms, 3+ baths, 2+living space, 3+ garages (400m+)] starts from R2200 - R20000.

2. Commercial buildings/ Farm animal sheds 

2.1 The starting price is R2500 - R10000 for 150-399 square meters, priced per square meter. Additional features price is negotiable.

2.2 Buildings with 400+ square meters starts from R10000+, priced per square meter. Additional features price is negotiable.

NOTE :1.Material costing for the Plan is FREE of                  charge.

             2. We are in partnership with Kganane                     Architecture for Municipal approvals.

* Monthly rate ;we charge per month for Project Management and Site Overseeing  as part of our service package once the Designs have been accepted, we become an Agent for the clients to ease the stress of Construction. Negotiable
